When you order an artwork from Koren Brothers, your satisfaction is important to us. That’s why you can change your mind about an order you have placed, and if you have already received your work, you can return it within two weeks of delivery. We will refund you the full purchase price excluding shipping costs. However, only artworks mounted under acrylic glass will be refundable. Framed or unframed large-size photo prints whose length exceeds 200 centimetres are not eligible for refund. All other finishing options also make the artwork non-refundable, and this is also the case for non-mounted photo prints. This option of returning an artwork is limited to two items per quarter per customer. If you return the works in damaged condition, Koren Brothers will require you to make compensation in an amount equivalent to the value depleted by said damage. For the sake of clarity, any scratches, spots or breakages will be considered a total loss. All artworks should only be returned in their original packaging in order to keep them in the best safety conditions, with all the protective materials that were originally used. Please contact us before sending the work. If the artwork was not correctly delivered to you in the first place, Koren Brothers will bear the costs of shipping and insurance; in all other cases these will be borne by the customer.

Order policy, delivery and acceptance of work

Your order will be deemed to have been accepted only if and when artworks are shipped. No e-mail of confirmation or on-line payment can be considered as official confirmation of an order. KOREN BROTHERS (EUROBC SAS) may cancel an order without stating a reason and refund the payment associated with it. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from France. The artwork will be delivered to the national or international shipping address indicated in the order. Transport, packaging and shipping will be calculated and added when the order is placed. We will do our best to ensure that your artwork is delivered under the best conditions: packaging and protection, transportation mode, tracking code. All our deliveries are carried out by specialist transport companies to ensure reliability and maximum speed in delivery, domestically or internationally. In the absence of the addressee or other person who can take delivery of the artwork, the postal service or carrier will leave a calling-card asking you to collect it. Delivery shall be deemed to have been effected at the first presentation of the shipment at the delivery address specified in the order. KOREN BROTHERS cannot be held responsible for late or non-retrieval of the photographic works by the customer at the post office or on the premises of the carrier. Any package must be opened in the presence of the delivery agent. It is the customer’s responsibility, in case of delivery failure or damage, to record precise and detailed complaints on the delivery note with the carrier at the time of delivery, including details of damage, in order to benefit from an insurance policy. If the driver refuses to stay for the opening of the package, the package must be refused. If these procedures are not followed, the customer will not receive a refund or re-delivery as covered by the insurance policy contracted with the transporter at the time the order was made. If goods delivered are obviously damaged and said damage is not discovered until after the signing of the receipt, customers have a period of five days in which to report it. If customers neglect to report damaged goods within this period, their right to return or exchange the purchased items is no longer valid. All orders shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Sole place of jurisdiction shall be Sarreguemines, France.
